Pierre-Auguste Renoir

Julie Manet, 1894, oil on canvas, 55 × 46 cm, Musée Marmottan Monet, Paris.

Julie Manet was a French painter and art collector.  Born in Paris, she was the daughter and only child of artist Berthe Morisot and Eugene Manet, younger brother of painter Édouard Manet. Throughout her life Julie posed frequently for her mother and other Impressionist artists, including Renoir and her uncle Édouard.

A portrait of a young woman, circa 1850s. I brought this from a junk shop, and it is my scan. There are no markings on the image, so unfortunately I can’t identify its origin.
